First, Deputy LA City Attorney Chris Garcia will talk about ID theft in the digital age and how to prevent it. Then it's wine and hors d'ouvres-plus and 2010 election plans, while members renew dues and sign up their friends and other new members—with a special low rate on new year's dues. Garcia is running for a superior judge seat this year, but he is with us to specifically talk about the problem that he has tackled since his prior three-year term as Special Assistant US Attorney in Major Frauds, before his current title and job focus in ID Theft and Fraud. | ||

The DPSFV Executive Board meets monthly at 7:00 pm at the State Building Auditorium, 6150 Van Nuys Blvd. All Democrats are invited to come to our meetings however only board members can vote. 2010 meeting dates: Jan 4, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 5, May 3, Jun 7, Jun 28, Aug 2, Aug 30, Oct 4, Nov 1, Dec 6.
