Health Care Reform Forum

You may have noticed that our meeting format has changed — we have become focused on brining you content filled meetings highlighted by special guest speakers. This month we have a powerful line-up of speakers addressing several aspects of the Healthcare issue.
Our speakers include:

* Acclaimed filmmaker, Don Schroeder, PhD, producer of “OneSource: California Single Payer Plan”
* William “Bill” Honigman, MD, California Coordinator for Progressive Democrats of America
* Matt Henrickson, MD, MPH, co-founder of PNHP, Physicians National Healthcare Project
* Gene Dorio, MD, Geriatric and Internal Medicine in the Santa Clarita Valley for 23 years
* Kess Kessler, Senior Caucus Chair, California Democratic Party
* Susan Baldwin, MD, from LA County Department of Public Health.

We have also invited speakers from AARP, Organizing for America (Obama’s Insurance Option Plan), and two representatives to speak on behalf of the Republican state and federal plan.
