- Support AB 2501 (Bonilla): “gay panic” defense (presented to Governor)
- Support SB 1272 (Lieu): Campaign Finance: advisory election (passed, put on hold by Supreme Court)
- Support SB 52 (Leno, Hill): CA DISCLOSE Act (killed in Assembly)
- Support SB 935 (Leno): Minimum wage: annual adjustment (killed in Assembly Labor and Employment Committee
- Support S 2223 (Harkin): Minimum Wage Fairness Act (filibustered)
